On this page, you will find our refund policy, along with our general operating policies.

Rates:

Our current rates are Sunday thru Friday — $350.00

Saturday is $400.00

And any four (4) hr time block for parties or other use is $250.00

Refunds:

We offer refunds on deposits paid for bookings up to seven (7) days prior to your booking. With less than a seven (7) day notice, we only issue a refund IF you provide a replacement booking FOR THAT DATE! Example: You pass that date to a team PAYING IN FULL.

General Policy on bookings (overnight):

Using the Booking Calendar, select your date & type of booking (I.E. 4 hr time slot, Sun-Fri), Fill in the booking form, then click “proceed to payment”. System will ask if making 50% deposit, or payment in full. Please select appropriately. After submitting payment, date is on hold pending funds clearing. Date will be held twenty-four hours and then released if no deposit is made. Upon approval of booking, you will receive an email to assure you that your date is locked and held for you.

The rate per overnight booking is based on ten (10) person count. There will be a $50/person fee due at check-in for all persons beyond the ten (10), up to a MAXIMUM headcount of fifteen (15) persons.

If you wish to sell tickets to your overnight, This HAS to be approved by management, and a rate will be discussed prior to booking. A standard rate DOES NOT allow selling of “tickets/spots”.  There is a NO SELLING SPOTS rule in place to avoid an over-crowding, or event hosting scenario.

Policy for short-term (4hr) slots:

A four (4) hour time-slot booking is to be paid in full prior to arrival. 

Events such as Birthdays, weddings, family gatherings, or team-building meetings are the main purpose of these time slots. If you are doing investigating, that is also accepted.

General Policy:

Each booking party is responsible for clean-up of all debris, broom-swept condition, and chairs placed neatly back in a reasonable position. The tables are available for use, but please place them back to approximate location they came from. 

Trash shall be bagged and placed by the front door for staff to pick up.

All lights are to be turned off.

Thermostat may be adjusted to comfort during your stay but is to be set back to original temp (55* in cold months, 82* in hot months) so as to conserve energy.

A copy of rules/policies/procedures is to be signed by EACH booking party at beginning of your stay.
