Cabin-Con 2026 Vendor info

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for Cabin-Con 2026!! We are pleased to have you join us. Let’s make this year a memorable one!

Vendor spaces will be Fifty-Dollars ($50), and a second space will be Forty-Dollars ($40). Payments may be made to: CONTACT DIRECTLY

Two vendor space purchase. This gets a discount on second space.  CONTACT DIRECT.

Vendors will be provided sufficient space for one (1) eight foot (8′) table and two (2) chairs. Vendor is to provide their own table & chairs. Electricity is NOT provided.

You may be on site and setting up at 10am on Friday, May 15.  If you wish to set up a tent, you will be directed where to place it. Plenty of room to do so.

You must complete a vendor application this is to assure a wide range of vendor genre. (We don’t want too many competitors for your merch) Link to vendor app is here : Vendor App.

Break down and departure is solely up to vendor, but it is requested that you stay for full event times, if able.
