Thanks for becoming a vendor for Cabin-Con 2025!!!  We are excited to have you on board for this first-ever event at The Cabin on 360!!  We hope to make your experience one for the books, both good & bad (learning curve).

As a vendor, you will be assigned an approximate 10’X10′ space where you may set up one or more tables, banners, etc. AS LONG AS it stays within the boundaries of your space and doesn’t inhibit other vendors visibility. Large banners are not permitted in front of space. All advertisement must stay WITHIN space allotted. Canopies are permitted. Vendor is responsible for providing table & chairs.

Each vendor spot allows TWO persons entry to the event, any more than that and they must purchase a wrist band for admission.  If you pass your wrist band on to another, and are caught doing so, you will be asked to leave. This is a safety issue as there are maximum allowable persons codes to adhere to.

Each vendor space will be assigned only AFTER payment is received. Charge for a space is $40 until March 1, 2025 then it will increase to $50, if spaces are still available. Due to available space, we are limiting vendor spaces to FIFTY (50).

Our spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and are limited in category of vendor. I.E. we will not have 20 crystal vendors. Each category is limited to THREE (3) vendors of same merchandise type to alleviate competition and give each of our vendors an opportunity to maximize sales.
